What is the InspireMe Pay USSD code?

The code is shown in the app, on the USSD screen, once the service is available on your account. Dial it from the phone number registered to your wallet and the menu opens on your screen.

Do I need internet to use USSD banking?

No. USSD runs over the mobile network rather than a data connection, so it works when your data bundle is finished or your phone has no internet access.

What can I do on USSD?

You can check your wallet balance, send money to supported destinations, pay supported bills and buy airtime. The exact menu depends on the services enabled for your account and is shown on screen when you dial in.

Is USSD banking safe?

Each transaction requires your transaction PIN, which is never displayed on screen while you type it. Treat the code and your PIN the way you treat your ATM card: never share your PIN, not even with someone claiming to be from support.

Does USSD cost extra?
